非常謝謝您確認接受我們開模樣品，在我方確認您的101號新訂單以前，我們必須澄清以下各點:

1. 1. 我們產品的所有原料都是由臺灣進口至大陸再行加工製造，雖然我們
     允諾您在收到您最後樣品確認後三星期內可交貨，但我們現在發現這
     些原料仍停滯在香港，而且可能無法準時抵達讓我們在承諾的時間內
   　出貨，我們現在正盡最大的努力來完成裝運，往後的發展我們會隨時
   　通知您。
2. 2. 鑒於生產成本和出口費用考量，我們必須請求您最好將訂單金額增加
   　到 US$5000/筆，或者您也可以下其他新訂單來併貨，以避免因不足最
   　低訂購金額而酌收的手續費 US$150。

煩請立即確認您的訂單追加，這樣我们生產才不會延誤。

Thank you for confirming and accepting our mold-samples. Before confirm your order No. 101, we have to clarify some points as follows:

　　1. All of the materials of our products are imported from Taiwan (R.O.C.); then
　　　they are processed in China. We have promised to deliver the goods after
　　　receiving our final samples and confirm three weeks later. However, we find
　　　that these materials are held in Hong Kong. Besides, they may not arrive on
　　　time to be delivered within the promised time. Now, we are doing our best to
　　　deliver. If there is any latest news, we will inform you soon.

2. In terms of considering the cost of production and the export fee, we have to
　　  ask you to increase the amount of order per US$5,000. You can place new
　　  orders to consolidate or you will pay the extra charge for US$150 due to not
　　  up to the minimum.

Please confirm your orders promptly so that we won’t delay the production.
